By using WorkPlace, you agree to these terms of use.

Usage

• WorkPlace is provided "as is" without warranty
• The app is for personal time tracking purposes
• You are responsible for your data management
• You control what data is synced to iCloud

Data Storage

• You can choose to store data locally only
• iCloud sync is optional and can be disabled
• You can export or delete your data at any time

Limitations

• The app may have occasional downtime for updates
• Maximum overtime tracking is limited to 4 hours
• Break tracking features are estimates only
• iCloud sync requires an active Apple ID

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain your device's security
• Keep your app updated
• Export data regularly if needed
• Comply with your workplace policies
• Manage your notification preferences

In-App Purchases

• Tips are completely optional and do not affect app functionality
• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Refunds are handled through Apple's standard process
• Purchase history is available in your App Store account
